Sakus Mission College, Department of Education organized a seminar on 13th of June 2018, at the college auditorium, with the resource person, Shri. Johnny Ruangmei Futurist, OSD, NSDMA, Govt. of Nagaland on the topic ‘’Exponential Transformation of Humanity’’ and Thriving Leaders in an Exponential World’’. He enlightened on how today young leaders must learns to think exponentially. He also mentioned that our world today is shaped by fast moving technologies, digitization, globalization, demographic and social change. For leaders to thrive in a constantly changing world and to make the best use of technologies, they need to replace old thinking with a new framework, ‘’exponential leadership’’, he further encouraged that, all of us leaders, entrepreneurs and parents have a huge responsibility to inspire and guide the transformation of humanity on and off the earth.
