The program was chaired by Shauvang of 4th Semester and Welcome speech was delivered by Madam Zuchano Lotha HoD English Dept. While welcoming the freshers she encouraged them to give priorities to their studies and participate in all the activities of the college. She also highlighted on the departmental activities conducted till date and the future plans of the Dept.
Mr. Aonok of 6th Semester also delivered a speech on behalf of the seniors. Other highlights of the program includes an invocation by Imsur of 4th Semester, special song performed by Martha of 4th Semester, self-introduction of the freshers, a word of encouragement by Martin of 4th Semester, vote of thanks delivered by Sentimongla of 2nd Semester and the program concluded with a benediction pronounced by Yawing of 4th Semester. It was held in the Conference Hall, SMC at 1:00 PM.
