The SCMI, North East Zone -11, organized “ World Day Against child labour” on 12th of June 2018, under the theme ‘Advocacy on child labour’ in collaboration with ‘Bridge of Hope Ministry’ at Railway Colony, Dimapur, where SCMI, SMC local unit also presented a short play pertaining to the context of child labour that are prevalent in the present society. The play and other activities performed during the programme was to convey an awareness to prevent from child labour and to empower them in every aspects of their life. The involvement of members in observing the day was an expanded activities towards protecting children from any kind of physical work.
